FULTON COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Katherine Adkins, of Gloversville, New York, has been identified as the woman found dead in her Fulton County apartment on Tuesday.
Robert A. Warner, 39, of Gloversville, was arrested Tuesday evening after being accused of second-degree murder.

According to reports, Adkins was found unresponsive inside her 11 Carpenter Street apartment Tuesday following a welfare check.
“Katie” Adkins was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers later arrested Warner.
Gloversville Police Department officials believe Adkins died following a domestic violence incident.
The investigation remains ongoing.
