COMAL COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Alix Trask, of Cibolo, Texas, has been identified as the pedestrian in a Wednesday night fatal vehicle strike in Comal County.
Trask, 32, was killed after she was struck by a vehicle near San Antonio Wednesday night.
According to reports, Trask was on-foot on TX-46 in the area of New Braunfels, when she was struck by a passing vehicle operated by a 29-year-old woman from Seguin.
The driver was uninjured in the collision.
Trask was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
No one was cited at the scene.
According to public records, Trask was arrested earlier in the day in Cibolo on a charge of Criminal trespass.
The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
