BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ. (THECOUNT) — Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey restaurant owner, Glenn Keen, has been identified as the victim in a vehicle crash over the weekend in Burlington County.
Keen, 52, owner of popular eatery, “Cucina Carini,” was killed in a vehicle crash outside the Mount Laurel Township business on Saturday.
According to reports, Keen was involved in a traffic accident in front of his restaurant at 1373 Hainesport Mount Laurel Road in Mount Laurel Township.
Keen died of injuries suffered in the wreck.
Officials have not released further details of the crash.
Family members posted his obituary on the Facebook page of Cucina Carini this week.
Keen opened the restaurant in 1995 with wife Paula Balsamo Carini — the same year they were married. He was born in Camden but was a 1988 graduate of Lenape High School, according to courierpostonline.
Keen is survived by wife Paula; sons Vincenzo and Anthony; his parents, Reynolds and Barbara Keen; brother Gary Keen and his wife Diane; five nieces, three nephews; mother-in-law Angela Balsamo and other members of her family.
A funeral mass for Keen will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, 103 4th Street in Riverton. Friends also may call from 9:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park In Cinnaminson.
