ONEIDA COUNTY, NY. (THECOUNT) — Edward Cutler and Barbara Cutler, both of Taberg, New York, have been identified as the victim in a double-fatal vehicle crash that also killed a child in Oneida County Saturday afternoon.
Edward, 51, and his mother, 72, were both killed in a Saturday afternoon crash that also killed 5-year-old son, Zander Boucher, of Brookfield. Zander’s mother, Lindsay Bellair, 27, and his one-year-old brother, were both critically injured in the crash. Edward’s wife, Michelle, was also critically injured.
According to reports, Edward was operating a Chevy Malibu on Route 8 in Bridgewater, when a Subaru Forester operated by Lindsay crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
Edward and Barbara were both pronounced dead at the scene. Michelle was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Little Zander was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lindsay and her one-year-old remain in critical condition in area hospitals.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
