POLK COUNTY, OR. (THECOUNT) — Justin Rosenberry, of McMinnville Oregon, has been identified as the victim in a Friday fatal vehicle crash in Polk County.

Rosenberry, 32, was killed in a single-vehicle crash that injured his passenger, Colton Bolson-Oakes, of Lafayette, near Rickreall Friday morning.

According to reports, Rosenberry was operating a vehicle on Oregon 99W near Rickreall, When for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway before coming into contact with a guardrail around 4 a.m. Friday. The vehicle then rolled over multiple times.

Rosenberry was pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.

Bolson-Oakes was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
