MECKLENBURG COUNTY, NC. (THECOUNT) — Missing Charlotte, North Carolina man, Matt Sullivan, who had been reported missing Friday, has been found, officials said Monday.
The body of Sullivan, 48, who had been reported missing friday after failing to returning from a McAlpine Park
hike, has been located deceased.
According to family members, Sullivan was last seen around 2 p.m. Friday after saying he was going on a hike at the park at 8711 Monroe Road in Charlotte.
On Monday morning, the CMPD confirmed Sullivan was found dead at McAlpine Park.
Authorities said there are no signs of foul play.
A cause of death was not provided.
