RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA. (THECOUNT) — Aaron Begnaud, of Orange, California, has been identified as the victim in a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday in Riverside County.
Begnaud, 33, was killed in a three-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer Tuesday morning.
According to reports, Begnaud was operating a vehicle on Highway 79 near Gilman Springs Road in San Jacinto, when the vehicle was involved in a crash with a tractor-trailer and another vehicle around 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Begnaud was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Two other involved individuals were transported to area hospitals — one with moderate injuries and another with minor injuries.
Further details of the crash were not provided as of Wednesday.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
