IREDELL COUNTY, NC. (THECOUNT) — Dylan Joseph Powell, of Mooresville, North Carolina, has been identified as the victim in a Tuesday fatal vehicle crash in Iredell County.
Powell, 25, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Mooresville Tuesday night.
According to reports, Powell was operating a vehicle on Faith Road in Mooresville, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a grouping of trees.
Powell was pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the wreck.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
