BAY COUNTY, MI. (THECOUNT) — Hugh Brown, of Alpena, Michigan, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday fatal motorcycle crash in Bay County.
“Skip” Brown, 64, was killed in a two-vehicle motorcycle crash in Fraser Township Sunday afternoon.
According to reports, Brown was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on North Huron Road near East Coggins Road in Pinconning, when he failed to stop for slow moving traffic around 1 p.m. Sunday. The bike then came into rear-end contact with a GMC Yukon operated by a 58-year-old Pinconning woman.
Brown was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
