KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Cassandra Jamae Doerr, of Leesburg, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday vehicle crash in Kosciusko County.
“Cassie” Doerr, 29, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Warsaw early Sunday morning.
According to reports, Doerr was operating a Jeep Grand Cherokee on SR-25 near South Ferguson Road in Warsaw, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 3:45 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle then entered a culvert and rolled over multiple times ending up a “significant distance from the roadway,” According to officials.
Doerr, who was originally from Minnesota, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
She was the sole occupant of the Jeep.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
