WABASHA COUNTY, MN. (THECOUNT) — Rebecca Wangen Kahn, of Plainview, Minnesota, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday motorcycle crash in Wabasha County.
Kahn, 40, was killed in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash involving a deer in Hyde Park Township Saturday night.
According to reports, 44-year-old Brock Kahn was operating a motorcycle with Rebecca as his passenger, when the coule encountered a deer in the road on 350th Ave in Rochester. Brock took evasures measures and wrecked around 7:45 p.m. Saturday.
Rebecca was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Brock was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
