HAMILTON COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Cincinnati, Ohio La Salle High School junior, Cameron Kerkhoff, has been identified as the victim of a Wednesday fatal vehicle crash.
“Cam” Kerkhoff, 16, was killed in a vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon.
Details of the crash were not provided.
Kerkhoff was a 6-foot-2-inch, 176-pound linebacker for the Lancers who registered a pair of sacks and had an interception last season as a sophomore.
Kerkhoff was an outstanding player and a great kid off the field. The principal at La Salle Aaron Marshall sent families and staff the news and they held a prayer for the young man, reports NFLDraftDiamonds.
