FAIRFIELD COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Daniel Blake Lashelle, of Groveport, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a fatal vehicle crash Saturday in Fairfield County.
Lashelle, 52, ws killed in a single-vehicle crash near Hocking Township Saturday night.
According to reports, Lashelle was operating a Ford F250 pickup truck on Lancaster-Circleville Road SW near Royalton Road in Lancaster, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway in a curve round 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle then rolled over.
Lashelle was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
