WILLS COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Olivia Louise Porter, of Chesterton, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Wednesday vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor in Wills County.
Porter, 21, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Peotone Wednesday.
According to reports, Porter was operating a Nissan Rogue on West Wilmington Road near S-104 Ave in Peotone, when the vehicle came into contact with a big-rig around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The truck driver was uninjured in the wreck.
Porter was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
