BROUSSARD, LA. (THECOUNT) — Diondre Williams has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday night fatal shooting in Broussard, Louisiana.
Williams, 18, was fatally shot at a Broussard residence Wednesday night.
According to reports, police responded to the area of Gustave Street and Leon Street in Broussard on a report of shots fired. When they arrived, Williams was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Williams was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
An investigation into the deadly incident is ongoing.
