DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA. (THECOUNT) — Glenn Custer, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has been identified as the suspect fatally shot Sunday night by police in Dauphin County.
Custer, 59, was killed in a police-involved shooting West Hanover Township Sunday night.
According to reports, Custer was “acting erratically” and brandishing a knife during a confrontation at a Harrisburg residence Sunday night. Police arrived, and at some point, opened-fire on Custer.
Custer was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
The cause of the shooting remains under investigation.
