EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, LA. (THECOUNT) — Raven Smith has been identified as the suspect in a Wednesday afternoon fatal stabbing of Baton Rouge man, Jeremiah Capers.
Capers, 21, was fatally stabbed Wednesday in Baton Rouge. 20-year-old Raven Smith was arrested in the killing.
According to reports, Smith allegedly stabbed Capers during an altercation in the 12000 block of West La Belle Avenue in Baton Rouge, Wednesday around noon.
Smith was charged with 2nd degree murder and illegal use of a weapon and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
