CLINTON COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Larosa Wisecup, of Chillicothe, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Friday fatal vehicle crash in Clinton County.
Rose Wisecup, 31, was killed in a single-vehicle crash involving children that seriously injured a man in Wilson Township Friday night.

According to reports, Wisecup was operating a Ford Freestyle Prairie Road near Sabina Road in Sabina, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 7:30 p.m. Friday. The vehicle then came into contact with a substantial tree.
Wise cup was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
A passenger in the vehicle, 39-year-old Brian Keith Oberschlake, was transported to an area with serious injuries along with two children who suffered unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
