BEXAR COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Matthew David Krupa, of San Antonio, Texas, has been identified as the North East Independent School District officer killed in a Thursday morning vehicle crash in Bexar County.
Krupa, 27, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near San Antonio Thursday morning.
According to reports, Krupa was operating a Jeep Wrangler on Broadway near Cheever in San Antonio, when the vehicle came into contact with a vehicle Thursday morning. The force of the crash cause the Jeep to roll over.
Krupa, who was on his way to work for the North East ISD Police Department, was pronounced dead on the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The condition of the other driver was not provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
