EMANUEL COUNTY, GA. (THECOUNT) — Jordan Hunter Thomas, of Alto, Georgia, and Bradley Coleman Couey, of Kingston, Georgia, have been identified as the victims in a Sunday night double-fatal vehicle crash in Emanuel County.
Thomas, 19, and ‘Cole’ Couey, 18, were both killed in a single-vehicle crash near Oak Park Sunday night.
According to reports, Thomas was operating a Toyota Tacoma double-cab pickup truck on Interstate 16 near Mile Marker 93, when for unknown reason, possibly weather related, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway Sunday night. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree.
Both occupants of the pickup were killed in the crash.
