SC Man Stephen Tate ID’d As Victim In Sunday Greenville Fatal Harley Crash

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Stephen Mark Tate, of Greenville, South Carolina, has been identified as victim in a Sunday afternoon fatal motorcycle crash in Greenville County.

Tate, 59, was killed in a single-motorcycle crash near Greenville Sunday afternoon.

According to reports, Tate was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Old Hunts Bridge Road near Rutledge Lake Road in Greenville, when for unknown reasons, the bike crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Tate was killed in the resulting crash.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
