NEW HAVEN COUNTY, CT. (THECOUNT) — Keon Ho “Chris” Lim, of McLean, Virginia, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Tuesday evening bicycle-versus-vehicle collision in New Haven County.

Lim, 25, ws killed after being struck by a box truck while riding a bicycle near New Haven Tuesday evening.

According to reports, Lim was operating a bicycle on South Frontage Road near York Street in New Haven, when the bike came into contact with a Mitsubishi box truck around 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Lim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.

The driver of the truck remained on the scene and cooperated with police.

Lim, who was living at Russell Hall in Cambridge, MA, was a student at nearby Yale Law School and recently interned for the Office of the New York State Attorney General.

The cause of the deadly incident remains under investigation.
