HOUSTON COUNTY, AL. (THECOUNT) — Huey Graham Lee III, of Gordon, Alabama, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Saturday night crash in Houston County.
Lee, 39, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Gordon Saturday night.
According to reports, Lee was operating a Honda Accord in Gordon, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 9 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle then made contact with a mailbox and rolled over multiple times.
Lee, who was ejected from the vehicle during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
A passenger in Lee’s vehicle was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
