SPRING GARDEN, PA. (THECOUNT) — Khalid Henderson and Jayden Lucas has been identified as the victims in a Wednesday night double-fatal quadruple shooting in Philadelphia County.
Henderson, 21, and 18-year-old Lucas, were both killed in a shooting near Philadelphia on Wednesday night. Almost 60 shots were reportedly fired during the double-deadly incident.
According to reports, the men were on a basketball court at Roberto Clemente Park in the Spring Garden community, when where were shot along with two other individuals Wednesday night around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
Lucas was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of gunshot injuries.
Two other unnamed victims, also struck by gunfire, were transported to area hospital in unknown condition.
Investigators say they discovered 55 shell casings on the scene.
No suspect description or motive was provided by officials.
