DOUGLAS COUNTY, NE. (THECOUNT) — Jayson Reliford, of Omaha, Nebraska, has been identified as the victim in a Saturday morning two-vehicle crash in Douglas County.
Reliford, 25, was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Omaha early Saturday morning.
According to reports, Reliford was operating a Chevy Cruze on N 50th St near NW Radial Hwy in Omaha, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and into opposing lanes around 3 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle then came into contact with another Chevy Cruze, operated by 33-year-old Jennifer Rohr.
Reliford was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
Rohr and her passenger were transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
