HENRY COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Robert Eugene Snedigar, of New Castle, Indiana, has been identified as the victim in an early Monday morning fatal vehicle crash Henry County.
Snedigar, 81, was killed in a two-vehicle crash involving a New Castle ambulance early Monday.
According to reports, Snedigar was operating a Cadillac on Indiana 38 near New Castle, when the vehicle came into contact with a New Castle EMS ambulance around 12 a.m. Monday morning.
The ambulance driver and another EMT were not injured in the collision.
Snedigar was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
