ASHLAND COUNTY, OH. (THECOUNT) — Karly Marie Steele, of Canton, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Sunday night fatal Interstate 90 vehicle crash in Ashland County.
Steele, 27, was killed in a single-vehicle SUV crash in Harpersfield Township.

According to reports, Steele was traveling as a passenger in an SUV on I-90 in Ashtabula, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 8 p.m. Sunday. The vehicle then flipped over multiple times.
Steele, who was partially ejected during the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
