LACLEDE COUNTY, MO. (THECOUNT) — Michael Boes, of Weatherby Lake, Missouri, has been identified as the victim in a fatal vehicle crash Tuesday night in Laclede County.
Boes, 40, was killed Tuesday night in a single-vehicle crash near Lebanon.
According to reports, Boes was traveling in a pickup truck operating by an unnamed driver on I-44 near Lebanon, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around mile marker 143. The vehicle then collided with an embankment.
Authorities did not provide information on the condition of the driver.
Boes was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
