WILL COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Don Lou Brown, of Joliet, Illinois, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Sunday night vehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Will County.
Brown, 46, was killed in a multi-vehicle crash near Joliet on Sunday night.
According to reports, Brown was operating a Jeep Grand Cherokee on I-80 near Larkin Avenue in Joliet, when the vehicle came into contact with a Nissan Altima. The Cherokee then collided with a Chevrolet Malibu around 9:30 Sunday.
The force of the crash caused the Jeep to roll over.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
