POLK COUNTY, FL. (THECOUNT) — Gabrielle Meek, of Lakeland, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a Friday evening fatal motorcycle crash in Polk County.
Meek, 22, was killed in a motorcycle collision involving a vehicle near Lakeland on Friday evening.
According to reports, Meek was operating a Suzuki motorcycle on US-93 near Meridian Avenue in Lakeland, when the bike came into contact with a Kia Spectra and wrecked, around 5 p.m. Friday.
Meek was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The Kia driver was uninjured in the collision.
