GUILFORD COUNTY, NC. (THECOUNT) — North Carolina teens, Maurice Darnell Williams, Justin Lionel Trevon, Sequoyah Delaney and Javon Johnson, have been identified as the victims in a quadruple-fatal vehicle crash in Guilford County Monday night.

The four teenagers were killed following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 40/85 near Whitsett on Monday night. A fifth teen was seriously injured.

According to reports, Williams was operating a Honda on Interstate 40/85 in Whitsett, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 6:30 p.m. Monday. The vehicle then mde contact with a substantial tree.

All four teens were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash of blunt force trauma injuries.

Azaiah Howard was transported to an area hospital with serious unknown injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
