JEFFERSON COUNTY, KY. (THECOUNT) — Miya English, of Louisville, Kentucky, has been identified as the victim in a Friday morning vehicle crash in Jefferson County.
English, 19, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Louisville on Friday morning.
According to reports, English was operating a vehicle on South 3rd Street near Kingston Ave in Louisville, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 1:15 a.m. Friday. the vehicle then made contact with multiple utility poles.
English, who was originally from Lorain, Ohio, was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
