WASHINGTON COUNTY, VT. (THECOUNT) — Jason Lopez Lester of Waterbury, Vermont, has been identified as the victim in a fatal motorcycle collision in Washington County Thursday night.
Lester, 32, died in a motorcycle crash involving a minivan on Thursday night near Montpelier.
According to Montpelier Police, Lester was operating a motorcycle on Memorial Drive near Taylor St in Montpelier, when the bike came into contact with a minivan around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Lester was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
