KITSAP COUNTY, WA. (THECOUNT) — Tobin Von Ditter, of Belfair, Washington, has been identified as the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash in Kitsap County Monday morning.
Von Ditter, 35, was killed in a motorcycle crash near Bremerton on Monday morning.

According to Washington State Patrol, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Von Ditter, when for unknown reasons, he fled the scene at a high rate of speed on Highway 3. At some point during a resulting pursuit, the motorcycle came into contact with a vehicle in the area of Sam Christopherson Avenue.
Von Ditter, who was thrown from the bike during the collision, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured in the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
