COLCHESTER COUNTY, CAN. (THECOUNT) — RCMP are reporting an active shooter situation in Colchester County Sunday morning.
Reports say, 51-year-old Gabriel Wortman has been identified as the suspected shooter and there are several victims down in Portapique Sunday around 9 a.m.
Residents in the area are advised to stay inside their homes, lock all doors and call 911 if anyone is observed on your property.
Wortman is considered armed & dangerous.
He’s described as a white man, bald, 6’2-6’3 with green eyes.
