FRESNO, CA. (THECOUNT) — Shane Stone, of Fresno, California, has been identified as the victim in a double-fatal high-speed crash Thursday.
Stone, a known gang member with an extensive criminal history, was evading police when he crashed into another vehicle Thursday night.
According to police, Stone was operating a vehicle at a high rate of speed while attempting to evade police when he made contact with another vehicle on Clinton Avenue around 4:30 p.m.
The innocent victim in the second car has not been identified.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
