WALDORF, MD. (THECOUNT) — Reece Curbeam of Waldorf, Maryland, has been identified as the woman killed in a Friday double-murder-suicide. Daniel Clark, of Indiana, has been identified as the deceased shooter.
The body of both victims were discovered in a room at the Waldorf Hilton Garden Inn Friday night. The hotel is located on O’Donnell Place in Waldorf.
According to police, Clark, 47, shot Curbeam, aka, Shereese Desire Curbeam, before turning the gun on himself Friday at the O’Donnell Place establishment. Police later discovered another woman dead at his apartment. That woman has not yet been identified.
Police recovered a gun from the scene.
Police say they are still investigating to determine an official motive.
