PAGE COUNTY, IA. (THECOUNT) — Michael Gene Flynn, of Shenandoah. Iowa, has been identified as the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash in Page County Tuesday night.
Flynn, 72, was killed while traveling on a Harley Davidson motorcycle in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday on Iowa Highway 2 near Shenandoah.
According to reports, Flynn was operating a motorcycle on IA-2 near Avenue C, when he came into contact with a GMC Jimmy pickup truck who was performing a left hand turn around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Flynn, who was ejected from his bike, was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
The driver of the GMC was uninjured.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
