BROKEN BOW, OK. (THECOUNT) — Grace Yulia Tjeerdsma, of Brookings, Oklahoma, has been identified as the victim in a fatal vehicle crash near Broken Bow Thursday morning.

Tjeerdsma, 25, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Broken Bow Thursday.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Tjeerdsma was operating a vehicle on State Highway 3, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed center lines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree around 6:30 Thursday.

Tjeerdsma was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.

The report states Tjeerdsma’s condition at the time of the incident is “unknown,” and the cause of the crash was due to “inattentive driving,” reports KFOR.
