IDAHO FALLS, ID. (THECOUNT) — Jerry Fisher Clark, of Ammon, Idaho, has been identified as the victim in a fatal multi-vehicle crash near Idaho Falls late afternoon Monday.

Clark, 66, was killed in a four-vehicle crash that occurred on Monday afternoon south of Idaho Falls.

According to investigators, an 84-year-old Shelly man was operating a vehicle on Highway 91, when he made contact with Clark’s Honda CRV. That collision caused the Honda to collide with a Dodge 2500 pickup truck.

A Honda Accord that was driven by a 39-year-old Idaho Falls man was also affected by debris from the crash.

Clark and a female passenger were transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma.

The condition of the female passenger was not made available by officials.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
