GREENE COUNTY, IN. (THECOUNT) — Kristen Ezizabeth Laue of Bloomfield has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Greene County Tuesday morning.
Laue, 36, was killed Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle crash on East Furnace Road near Bloomfield.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, Laue was operating a vehicle traveling East Furnace Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then made contact with a utility pole and rolled over before coming to a rest.
Laue was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
The Greene County Ambulance Service, Indiana State Police, Richland Township Fire Department and Bloomfield Fire Department assisted at the scene, reports MyWabashValley.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
