VANDALIA, OH. (THECOUNT) — Paul Gerard Bonham, of Dayton, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Thursday evening fatal Vandalia motorcycle crash.
Bonham, 61, was killed in a motorcycle crash Thursday evening at around 5:15 p.m. on Interstate 70.
According to officials, Bonham was operating a Triumph Bonneville motorcycle on I-70 near I-75 in Vandalia, when for unknown reasons, the motorcycle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway before making contact with a guardrail.
Bonham was ejected from the motorcycle during the crash.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Reports say, Bonham was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
