RACINE COUNTY, WI. (THECOUNT) — Racine Police officer, Jennifer Diener, who was involved in an off-duty February 9th vehicle crash near Yorkville, Wisconsin, has passed away in an area hospital Saturday night of injuries suffered in the wreck.
“Jen Brian” Diener, 48, who was involved in a now double-fatal crash earlier this month, has died in the hospital. The crash also took the life of 32-year-old Elizabeth Olszewski.
According to reports, Olszewski and Diener were both traveling in vehicles on Highway 20, near Yorkville on February 9, when they collided head-on.
Diener was one of 10 people involved in the crash. At the time, investigators blamed bad winter weather for the two-car accident.
Olszewski died on the way to the hospital the day of the crash.
