ENTERPRISE, AL. (THECOUNT) — Jason Montgomery has been identified as victim found fatally shot Saturday in Enterprise, Alabama.
Montgomery, 36, was found suffering from gunshot injuries in Enterprise early Saturday morning.

According to officials, the Enterprise Police Department responded to Hidden Glen Townhomes on a call of shots fired around 1:30 a.m. When they arrived, Montgomery was found deceased from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
The deadly incident remains under investigation.
