WATERLOO, IA. (THECOUNT) — Waterloo police responding to a “suspicious incident” found two deceased victims from apparent gunshot wounds, according to Tuesday morning reports.
The grisly discovery was made around 11:30 p.m. Monday night after police responded to 1112 W. 2nd Street on reports of an unknown disturbance.
When officers arrived on-scene, they discovered two people suffering from apparent gunshot injuries, according to officials.
The victims were later pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities did not release the names of the victims, reports KCRG.
The investigation is ongoing as of Tuesday morning.
