Tulsa, OK. (THECOUNT) — Susan Phillips Rizor, of Benton, Illinois, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Jeep crash involving a teenage driver in Tulsa, Oklahoma Saturday night.
Rizor, 47, died in a multiple-vehicle collision on I-44 in Tulsa Saturday night.
According to officials, troopers responded to reports of a multi-vehicle crash just before 6 p.m. near I-44 and South Union Ave in Tulsa. When they arrived, first responders found Rizor suffering from fatal injuries.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle, J. Scott Rizor, 47, was treated at St. Francis Hospital and released, reports FOX23.
The driver and passenger of the first vehicle in the crash, both teenagers from Bristow were not hurt.
No other injuries were reported, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
No one was cited at the scene, however, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
