OGLE COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Courtney Paulson of Rockford, IL, has been identified as the victim in a fatal single-vehicle crash in Ogle County Monday morning.
Paulson, 43, died after in a single-vehicle crash on Monday around 9 a.m. in rural Ogle County.
According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Department, Paulson was operating a Dodge Ram pickup truck on IL-72, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway. The vehicle then entered a culvert causing it to rollover several time before coming to a rest after making contact with several trees.
Paulson was pronounced dead at the scene by the Ogle County Coroner, reports WREX.
The crash remains under investigation.
