BRUNSWICK COUNTY, VA. (THECOUNT) — Tyrone Parham, of Carson, VA, has been identified as the victim in a fatal Monday single-vehicle crash in Brunswick County.
Parham, 61, was killed in a single-vehicle SUV crash on Reedy Creek Road in Brunswick County, VA, on early Monday morning.

According to officials, Parham was operating an SUV on Reedy Creek Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 12:30 a.m. Monday. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree before rolling over.
Parham was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of multiple blunt force trauma injuries.
Parham was not wearing his seatbelt. Alcohol was a contributing factor to the crash, reports Progress-Index.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
