WHITE COUNTY, IL. (THECOUNT) — Evansville, Indiana man, Rejino Lee Dean, has been identified as the victim in a fatal crash in White County, Illinois, Thursday morning.
Dean, 39, died in a single-vehicle crash on Illinois 141 in White County, Illinois, around 6:30 a.m., according to officials.
Investigators say, Dean was operating a Chevy Trailblazer, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway Thursday morning. Dean attempted to correct his path but rolled over in the process.
He was ejected from the vehicle.
Dean was pronounced dead at the scene.
Dean was not wearing a seatbelt.
There were no passengers in the vehicle. In addition to the White County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner Marsh, the White County Ambulance Service assisted at the scene, reports CourierPress.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
