PARK CITY, UT. (THECOUNT) — Charlie Noxon, the son of Journalist, Christopher Noxon, and “Weeds” creator Jenji Kohan, died Tuesday in a Utah skiing accident in Utah, according to Wednesday reports.

Noxon, 20, was killed while visiting Park City, Utah, on New Year’s Eve while on holiday with his father and two siblings.

Reports say, Charlie died after falling while on the slopes in Park City.

He was transported by helicopter to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The Park Record reported the accident occurred on an intermediate ski trail.

EW confirmed Wednesday that Charlie was killed on New Year’s Eve while at the Park City Mountain Resort.

Summit County Sheriff’s Lt. Andrew Wright says authorities are involved in the accidental death investigation.

A statement from Park City Mountain said “a serious incident” took place “on the mountain” on Dec. 31, “involving a 20-year-old male from Sherman Oaks, CA.” It did not identify the man.
